The Microtech Xpress XL is a professional, high capacity mixed media disc production solution with 12 recorders and dual printers for round the clock operation.
The Microtech Xpress XL CD/DVD Duplicator system is designed for production environments where flexibility and maximum throughput are paramount. Dual Disc Printers may be configured as the same type for highest throughput or as different types for switching between inkjet and thermal discs. Twelve CD/DVD recorders operate independently for highest production speed regardless if all discs are the same or each disc is unique.
Each Microtech Xpress XL CD/DVD Duplicator unit includes a 800-disc capacity robotic handler and integrated PC for maximum throughput in a networked environment. The Xpress XL is a modular solution, using the ImageMaker software, or creating your own application with the API. A typical installation has one or multiple Xpress XL units publishing from your network in unison.
Other features include: Multiple job processing and unlimited job queuing, Concurrent mixed media support, Customisable API, Fast robotics, Removable spindles, Modular Design with Quick Swap Robotics, 100/1000 Base-T Ethernet, ImageMaker Software, Optional ImageAligner for adding text & barcodes to pre-printed discs, Integrated Windows PC.
