There are many easy ways to ensure your data gets there on time every time and stays away from prying eyes.

If your data is security or time sensitive then here are 5 simple suggestions that can help protect it……………………...
- DO send your discs or memory cards by recorded mail or secure courier for traceability.
- DO encode each disc with a tracking code so that if it does get in to the wrong hands you can trace it back to the source.
- DO password protect your disc but DON'T make the mistake of including the password or instructions with the discs, so if it does go to the wrong person they will struggle to access it.
- DO always keep a back up copy when sending out any discs so that you can refer back to it for additional emergency copies.
- DO have a system in place to track and dispose of each disc securely if it's being replaced with an updated version
If you follow these simple rules then you can already start to reduce the chances of data loss dramatically.
