Service & Support Agreements

All of our duplication and print solutions are covered by our Enhanced Back to Base Service and Support Agreement in addition to the manufacturer’s warranty for the first 12 months.

Enhanced Back to Base Service & Support Agreement

- The Enhanced Back to Base Service & Support Agreement comprises technical support (via e-mail and telephone), software and firmware updates (excluding Microsoft operating systems) and repair including parts*, labour and carriage back to customer site (the agreement does not include the initial carriage cost for return of system to CD Team).

We also offer the following premier and extended service & support agreements for customers who need the reassurance of additional cover:

Premier On-Site

- The option is available on all of our high end duplication and print solutions where on-site support and next day replacement components provide the fastest resolution.

Premier On-Site Service & Support Agreement - Year 1

The Premier On-Site Service & Support Agreement comprises technical support (via e-mail and telephone), software and firmware updates (excluding Microsoft operating systems) and repair including site visits, temporary replacement components and equipment, parts* and labour.

Premier On-Site Service & Support Agreement - Years 2+

Premier Failsafe

This option is available on all or our midrange duplication and print solutions where next day replacement equipment provides the fastest resolution.

Need your disc remastering?

All of our CD mastering services are verified by our technical experts, virus scanned, and tested and you will be able to see and approve the finished master disc before proceeding with full replication or duplication.
